Aaloo marich (for fast)


It is a very easy recipe you can try it at your home. During any religious festival, people like to keep fast and they prefer to eat light foods, fruits and sweets. So this recipe is totally suitable for them. It hardly takes 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients:

Potato- 500g
Ghee- 2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
Green chilli- 2 pieces
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- as required

Method:
_ First we need to boiled potatoes. After it bolied, we need to cut all the potatoes into pieces. 
_ Then, in a frying pan add 2tsp ghee and 2 green chillies.
_ After 5 seconds put all the potatoes in the frying pan and roast it until it gets brown.
_ After that, add 1/2tsp turmeric powder, salt( you can skip salt if you are preparing this for your fast) and keep roasting it.
_ In the last you need to sprinkle the black pepper powder on it and mixed it well.
