Bhature


Ingredients:


1/4 cup water
1 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
2 cup refined flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
Oil for frying

Method:
 In a bowl add 1/4  cup of water, 1/2 sugar, 1tsp yeast, 1tsp salt, 2 cup of refined flour & 3/4 cup of water.

Knead the flour properly & make a soft dough, rest this dough for 1 hour.

Now make a medium size balls out of this dough, flatten each bowl.
_

Heat the oil in the pan & add rolled bhatura to hot oil and press gently with a ladle, until it starts to puff.

Fry both sides until golden brown.
